The Jyotirlinga temples are among the most revered pilgrimage destinations in India. While the full circuit includes twelve temples, many pilgrims prefer completing 11 Jyotirlingas excluding the high-altitude Kedarnath Temple, which is open only between May and October.
This carefully structured itinerary covers 11 Jyotirlingas across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh, using a combination of road journeys and domestic flights for comfort.

First Leg
Mumbai – Nashik – Shirdi – Pune (3 Jyotirlingas in Maharashtra)

- Trimbakeshwar Temple
- Grishneshwar Temple
- Bhimashankar Temple
Day 1 Mumbai → Nashik → Shirdi
Morning departure from Mumbai to Nashik to visit Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga.
Local temple visits include:
- Kalaram Temple
- Kapaleshwar Temple
- Sita Gufa
- Panchvati temple area
Vehicles are parked near Godavari Ghat, and local rickshaws are used to visit temples in the narrow lanes.
Proceed to Sai Baba Temple Shirdi for evening darshan.
Overnight stay: Shirdi
Day 2 – Shirdi → Grishneshwar → Ellora → Shirdi
Morning visit:
- Dwarkamai
- Chavadi
- Khandoba Temple
- Sai Baba Museum
Proceed to Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga.

Return to Shirdi.

Proceed to Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga.
Continue to Pune.

Drive to Mumbai.
Flight to Indore.
Second Leg
Indore – Ujjain – Omkareshwar (2 Jyotirlingas in Madhya Pradesh)
